Ricardo supports industrial equipment operators with advanced lubrication and maintenance technologies.
Before his current role for Conexo Inc., he led business development and technical support for performance lubricants at Shell, Fuchs, and Castrol, managing projects and sales across heavy industries in five continents.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Certified Lubrication Specialist, trained at the Technische Akademie Esslingen TAE, Germany.
Throughout his career, Ricardo has advised companies on lubrication strategies for some of the most demanding production environments. His focus has consistently been on delivering operational value, ensuring machine reliability, and promoting plant sustainability.
